I got this for my boys for Christmas. It was what I expected. Not great quality, but its holding up ok. There a few "sticky" spots behind the net where the players dont move very smoothly. My boys do love playing the game.

A: I think 3 is a bit young, my grandson is 7 and can handle it quite well, probably would have been able to play with some ability to have fun at 5. It is a great unit.

Q: Both goalies don’t reach the pucks. They are too high. Can’t put them down any further. Does anyone know why? It’s brand new and it’s not working...

A: If it’s new I would return it, rods are probably bent. The goalies should reach the pucks as soon as they’re installed, had no issue with mine.

Q: Set size- I have seen other places where the Stiga Stanley cup set is referenced as being 37″ long, 19 3/4″ wide and 3 1/4″ high, whereas you indicate it is a smaller dimension in your response to size questions. Is this a different Stiga set then?

Q: How do you attach the numbers to the score rod? Is the # tape supposed to peel off and then you stick it on or are you supposed to apply glue? TIA

A: No glue necessary. It is a self-adhesive sticker. Please peel off the backing and apply it to the score slider.
