Seems ok. No instructions

While it was nice to see minimal plastic packaging in the box, I was surprised that there was no information inside. No warranty info ("features" page lists "1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY"), no instructions on how to use the features (including opening/closing it, the intended use for the included bungee cables, and the e-port thing that I did not notice until rereading the features now), not even any silly safety warnings. They don't even have any of this info on their website (much less a QR code to the product support page)!
I have yet to use the wagon; I'll update my review if needed. It seems large and sturdy enough for my needs and the handle seems long enough for me to pull without hunching over (I'm 6' tall). It took two people to get the cover back on the folded and strapped wagon. The wheel locks on the front two wheels take a lot of force to turn; my kid couldn't do it.

It was ideal for my needs but, before I could use it, I noticed one of the fixed back wheels was not straight – it canted outward. I took it back for an exchange and the second one was exactly the same. Got a refund.

Q: What is the point of specifying the package dimensions and weight? We need to know the size of the actual wagon! What a riduculous description for spcifications. What is the length, width and height of the open wagon, when ready in a working state?
