Terrible Service

No issue with the mattress but my mother had changed her mind and no longer wanted it. Unfortunately we had opened it and the store refused to take it back for “hygiene” reasons, even though it hadn’t been used. Lady at returns was not very pleasant and refused to help us. Don’t shop in Carleton Place!
