Poor quality.

I bought this Panasonic product because 4 handsets was handier for me, but this set of phones was returned because of its poor quality. The audio was ridiculous with its inability to speak names correctly. The volume of the speakerphone was faint and couldn't be made louder. The Talk and Off buttons were so thin a person had to have nails to press them in for enough to use. I went back to using my old one, also a Panasonic, with only 3 phones, but far better quality.

Good for Land locked phones

Works well, but is rather old technology which has not changed for years. They have not kept pace with current offerings provided with smartphones. Its the same as a set I bought 15 years.

Good Product - nothing else is available

I bought this to replace a 12/yr old Panasonic 5-handset+answering machine that was still in perfect condition, but needed new rechargeable batteries. Rather than spending $40 on 10 good quality AAA rechargeable batteries, I decided to buy a new set (which I bought on sale for $99.99) 1. In my opinion this is probably the best on the market. 2. The handsets weight just over 109-gr as opposed to 130-gr of the 12-yr old model. So lighter and less material. 3. While you have all the features of the older models, plus a few more features, you have to go thru more menu levels to get to the features.

Q: The answers from Panasonic were useless to me. I want to actually order 2 additional handsets. the product code is KXTGDA20B. Both the Canadian Tire and Panasonic websites don't even list the add-on handsets. Can I get clarification?

Q: Do these phones have good range? My present phone warns, then cuts out when I go downstairs! The main base is up in the bedroom. Not a huge house, 2200 sq ft.
