Really bad staining

Do not buy this! I placed it on my vinyl sundeck and it stained it a rust colour everywhere beneath it. The backing also disintegrated and left black chunks everywhere.I have not been successful at removing the terrible staining. It has ruined the surface.

A: It is OK if is exposed to water.. But it stays humid under.. If it is on a wood deck I would lift it so a to avoid any mold and let it dry. It fires quickly

Q: Is there room for drainage underneath--as in, is there a small gap at the bottom for water to drain, or is the bottom completely flat? If you're putting it on concrete, would you need an underlay to help drainage? Does it dry fairly quickly after rain?

A: Hello, the backing is not flat, it has little holes. This allows the water to drain through it so an underlay is not needed. The product dries fairly quickly after rain.
