Much better than the "Type A stackable Perspective" metal version from the same manufacturer that constantly has shelves popping off.. Those are garbage and I threw them out. I bought these as replacements, and they shelves are fastened to the frame. Problem solved!

It’s sturdy, nicely finished and easy to assemble. It’s a bit wider than others I’d looked at, fitting perfectly along the side of my 2’ deep coat closet. Shoes are organized and (mostly) out of sight.

The wood and the finish on the wood is well done. Nice combination of wood stain/paint. However, assembly was a little tricky as one of the screw holes seemed a bit ‘off’, making the rack not sit flush on a flat surface. This required some additional work with a drill bit. Also, there are only 3 inches [7.62 cm] between the lowest rack and the floor, making it unusable space and difficult to clean. As long as you are OK with these limitations, it is recommended but perhaps overpriced.
