This tape is amazing. Put it on a dripping eaves trough that was completely wet and it stuck really well. Only down side is, it’s quite expensive.

Good for clear plastic roof repair.

I applied this product to a clear plastic corugated roof panel that was cracked. The surface was cleaned and dried prior to application, ambient temperature 7°C. The product did stick moderately well, but in some areas I was able to see air bubbles under the tape where it didn't fully adhere. It sticks to itself incredibly well and cannot be removed, therefore it's good to apply in layers (like a shingle). The bonus about the clear tape is you are able to see each area where it sticks and where there are bubbles you need to work out. We will see how it stands up to BC rain and UV in the summer.
Worked well for this application.

A: Bonjour, Réel. Une fois appliqué, Flex Tape ne peut pas être repositionné. L'adhésion continue de se renforcer avec le temps. Si vous devez retirer le Flex Tape, veuillez utiliser ces conseils conviviaux pour le Flex Tape : 1. Portez des lunettes de sécurité et des gants. 2. Soulevez un bord du Flex Tape et appliquez un peu d'alcool à friction directement sous le support sur l'adhésif. 3. Utilisez des pinces pour saisir et tirer le Flex Tape. 4. A: Probably yes because I used it to fix a slash in the rubber gasket of my front loader washing machine and it worked great.

A: I believe it would, yes, but put the tape on the underside of the cover so it's not as exposed. Also it will look less unsightly.

A: I highly doubt it. It's just tape, it would shred as it hit the rocks or sand. It was awesome for holding torn outdoor furniture covers together where seam s separated

Q: I have a small cut in my balcony (apartment) vinyl flooring. I cannot afford to get the whole floor replaced and was wondering if Flex Tape would work to seal the cut area up.

A: This tape has a great adhesive. I have used it to patch my pool liner, and it is still holding strong…depending on foot traffic in your area will determin e if this is the right product for you. Worth a try !!

Q: Will it work on a Rubber Garden Hose? The cut is about 2” inches long, BTW, MY Lawnmower Blade was quite Sharp!!

A: Flex Tape works best on flat surfaces. You may have trouble covering a curve. Try Flex Paste or Flex Glue.
