Q: Can this be used to hold a window screen in Place ? Will this tape leave any residue on the window trim after removal ?

A: Yes I think it could. It might leave a residue but you will be able to clean it off with warm water and a scrubber or scraper.

Q: Has anyone used. this tape to repair temporary car shelter cover. Repairs will be done in warmer weather before storing car shelter.

A: Thank you for your question! This Duck Tape can work on a variety of surfaces including wood, plastic, and metal. However it should be kept out of direct sunlight. We recommend applying the tape at a minimum low temp of 50F(10C), and not exceeding 200F(93C).

Q: can I use this duct tape on dryer vent ?

A: Our packaging states: · Check local building codes for HVAC use · Caution: Not to be used on heating appliances · Suitable for use at no more than 200°F (93°C) We would recommend that you use a metal/foil backed tape for your dryer vent. Colour Duck Tape would not be the best solution for this type of application.
