Flex Seal Liquid Clear.

I was quite surprised how good the product is. My shed floor is a bit larger that my shed so the wall siding sits on the floor. I needed to seal the base of my shed to prevent water wicking into the wood side sheathing panels. It sealed the edge very well. I used a brush and just applied like paint. I recommend this sealant as it spreads out more than caulking and looks better. It does the job! I will buy again.

Fantastic Product ... Picked up water crack leaks in furnace room during latest Atmosheric River.
Cracks were at joint between slab & foundation wall. Maybe 2 litres of water infiltration. Cleaned junk out of furnace room. Dried & cleaned area ... shop vac on cracks. Product is quite thick ...laid in a generous 1st coat. Fumes are obnoxious but went away quickly. 2nd thick coat after 2 hours & Viola ... no more leaks even in heavy downpour! Took 24 hours to cure.
Bonus ... got rid of a lot of furnace room junk/clutter ... LOL
Used Flex Seal on my bost years ago & it worked great too.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Hey there! Flex Seal Liquid will have no issues adhering to painted surfaces. To ensure you apply Flex Seal Liquid correctly we recommend the following best practice approach: 1. Start with a clean dry surface free of grease, oil, dirt and algae. 2. Adhesion may be increased by etching the surface with sand paper. 3. You can either brush, roll, dip or pour directly onto the surface. 4. Make sure to coat entire surface until all cracks and holes are completely filled. 5. Apply additional coats as needed to increase thickness and to fill larger holes. 6. Allow each coat to dry completely before adding additional coats. 7.
