Efficiently manage well water with the Mastercraft 3/4 HP Stainless Steel Shallow Well Jet Pump. Designed for permanent installation, this shallow well pump is ideal for supplying fresh water to rural homes, farms and cottages that have wells down to 25’ (7.6m). Powered by a 3/4 HP motor, this water jet pump has a maximum flow rate of 950 GPH (3596 L/h) and a reinforced thermoplastic impeller. Built-in thermal overload protection prevents the motor from overheating by switching off the shallow well jet pump before damage is caused. The pre-set pressure switch has an automatic shut-off feature which turns on the jet pump at 30 PSI and turns it off at 50 PSI. This submersible well pump has stainless-steel and cast-iron construction for corrosion resistance and lasting durability. A pressure gauge allows for easy pressure monitoring. A foot valve, PVC elbows, PVC pipes, male PVC adaptors, female PVC adaptors and well seals (sold separately) may be needed in order to install this pump. This product includes a 7’ (2.1m) power cord.

Q: Output is listed as 15.8 gpm, but a pressure is not listed. I am looking for a pump that will put out 10gpm at 60psi. Will this pump provide that.
3 years agoA: I have one of these pumps. yes it will put out 10 gals per minute if connected with a 1 inch intake pipe and 3/4 out take pipe but 10 will be the top output not 15 gal per minute

Q: Is this pump NSF certified for drinking water?
3 months agoA: Can't say if it's certified as you say but we have always used it for drinking water and are still healthy and alive to tell the tale. Would recommend this pump highly. It is also resistant to accidental flooding.

Q: 5he cut in preasure on this device is liatws as pre-set to 28psi. The manufacturer's manual says set the preasure tank too 18psi as it is set to 20/40. Which is it?
3 years agoA: Hi Benjamin, The pressure switch is set to activate at 30 PSI and shut off at 50 PSI. The pressure tank needs to be set at 2 PSI below the activation level, 28 PSI
