Best tool ever 4 removing stubbon ice from a step or walk way. I suggest salt first wait then scrape

My atv was buried in snow up my bungalow for 2 months snow coverd it to where you couldn't see it and barried it in. The snow bank at the end of my driveway was higher then our taxes. After shoveling with 2 snow shovels all day into the night we got down to where its all ice and wet heavy snow you need to chop. Without this scraper 2 snow shovels a great new steel shovel & the help of a true friend i wouldn't of got it out until it melted. This is a great quality steel and built to last excellent for scraping the dangerous slippery black ice & stubborn ice hardend on the step the salt missed or left behind away so no one gets hurt. I think all business should salt and scrape with one of these be safer for the customers/consumers and be alot less liability on the owner's.

Nice chipper

I like this ice chipper because as a senior it’s easy to handle plus the edge is slightly rounded so the driveway or sidewalk doesn’t get chipped. Would recommend to any one who needs to chip ice

Q: Would this work to scrape peeling wood stain on deck?

A: It might, my customer uses it for peeling glue off OSB board, we have never tried it on stain but I would think it would work. You would have to be careful to not score the boards but keep a even pressure on the edge and you may be ok.
