I bought this stand along with the Dewalt miter saw. I should have bought this years ago, it works excellent ! The stand is very sturdy when set up. It is very easly to make adjustments on all the features. The adjustment levers and knobs are big and easy to use with gloves on. (Winter time). It sets up quickly and folds down to a small size which makes it great for travelling. Bought it with my Triangle Card, and waited for a 20x points promotion day. What a deal ! Buy Canadian !

Not as advertised And terrible customer service

My worst Canadian Tire experience ever was with this purchase. A spring in the saw support was broken in the box, so I did not set it up, I took the unit back and was given a replacement, new in the box. When I set up the replacement, I discovered that I would need to modify the stand so my saw would fit. I packaged the stand up in the box to return it. Canadian Tire customer service , and a manager both told me that I could not return it as it had already been exchanged. I explained that I hadn't set up the original as it was broken and didn't discover its incompatibility until I set up the replacement. They still denied my request to return it and get a refund. Now I'm stuck with a new-in-box item that I can't use.
