After two attempts: Lots of foam but didn’t remove the mold stains. Disappointed with this product as a mold remover but It did remove the bathtub surface scum so I will be used by as a cleaner instead

Q: How safe to use Will this product damage the gaskets of a front load washer?

A: No- it is safe on the rubber seal/gasket. I contacted the company directly (this is what I bought this product for). As with any cleaning product, rinse thoroughly with water after use, through. I also put my machine through the cleaning cycle after I rinse out the gasket.

A: Our CLR Mold & Mildew Clear is safe to use on vinyl boat seats, however we always recommend spot testing first. This product is formulated to remove topical mold or mildew stains and does not contain any chemicals necessary to kill mold or mildew or prevent the spores from growing back.

A: While our CLR Mold & Mildew Clear is safe to use on marble, it's specifically formulated to remove topical stains caused by mold or mildew at the beginning stages of growth and does not contain any chemicals that will kill mold or mildew or prevent the spores from growing back. Per information found on our website: If mold is left on surface, like rubber gaskets, silicone caulking or grout, for even a week, mold can embed into surface, in which case product will no longer work effectively.

A: Our CLR Mold & Mildew Stain Remover is formulated to remove topical mold or mildew stains at the beginning stages of growth and does not contain any chemicals to kill mold or mildew spores or prevent them from growing back. Note: if the stucco is painted white vs. naturally white, our product is safe to use on fully cured oil based paints only. Always spot test first.
