Plastic parts

Bought this fan June 2024. The pull chain for fan speed was hard to pull and it just broke off up in motor housing. By the time I had an electrician check it the warranty was just over. Plastic part where chain was connected just broke off. I’m now having to replace the ceiling fan. Not happy with my purchase.

Fairly easy to install and works good. Instruction's said to use 2 x 25 watt bulbs but online specifications said 2 x 40 watt. I used 40 watt LED bulbs as for more light. The only issue I didn't like is the way the fan chain is set up, it seems to make it harder to pull.
