Ok for touch up's

OK for small touch up's end more Used it for multiple projects where required better protection from rusting including Pu truck bed liner patching. Works as advertised little bit on thinner side but it's expected after all it's in spray can .

Product worked for less than a minute then clogged up and wouldn’t spray. I carefully followed all of the instructions regarding use. The spray nozzle is inferior

I bought this product and totally dissatisfied with it, it didn't work (spray) had to return it, my son bought others of the same product and the same happen to him, it didn't work, he had to return it as well.

Q: Hello, I want to repaint an aluminum roof rack for my SUV. Lightly sanding the old paint not removing the paint. There are some small patches of bare alum. Will the product stick to the bare alum? Thanks Vince

  • A: To be safe I would buy a can of the self etching primer and spray the bare alum with that first if you want it to last.

  • A: Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating is paintable. Once the product is thoroughly dried lacquer or enamel paint can be used. Our recommendation would be to wait 5-7 days for the product to thoroughly set up and then paint.
