1. Brews decent coffee, 2. Menu is confusing, 3. Doesn't tell you how much time is left till done brewing, 4. Doesn't display clock after done, even though it knows time for timer based brewing, 5. Feels flimsy compared to BCD550 series. Way too expensive for these deficiencies!

Not easy to program

While I really appreciate a 2 minute brew time and the coffee tasting great, I find the programming to be problematic. It is not as simple as I had hoped. Combined with the size of the unit, I am honestly not thrilled with the purchase.
