(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this stand mixer around Christmas time and I can’t believe I went this long without one. It is a permanent appliance on my countertop because it serves my family weekly! From the fluffiest scrambled eggs to pancakes, bread rolls and delicious yorkshires. My kids can’t believe how quickly I can serve up some homemade chewy chocolate chip cookies with this new addition to our kitchen arsenal!
