Not worth the money

I must say for the $19.99 I paid for this fan it wasn't worth it. It's very loud and it surges. My voltage to it is good so I know it isn't that. They call it a turbo fan but it hardly moves any air. I'm very disappointed. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately It would cost me more in gas to return it so I'm stuck with it. Maybe I got a dud but I'm stuck with it. The one I actually wanted was still in storage because since it's not summer yet not many people use fans. They should still keep a few out just in case someone wants one.
