The Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum is a smart and efficient cleaning device that makes keeping floors clean much easier. I was impressed by how powerful the suction is, especially when picking up pet hair, dust, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. The Matrix cleaning feature helps the vacuum clean specific areas more thoroughly, which is great for high-traffic spots in the house. I also like how easily it connects to the app, allowing scheduling and remote control from anywhere. The navigation system works well and avoids obstacles better than many other robot vacuums I have tried. It runs quietly and automatically returns to the charging dock when needed

This vacuum has saved my life! It’s so convenient to work right from the app. I can select which room I want it to go too and block off rooms I don’t want it to go! It’s not very loud when it’s running and does a great job capturing all the dog hair! And I love that it has an easy transition from carpet to hardwood.

Bought about three weeks ago. It certainly does the job, more quietly than prior robot vacs I've owned. The phone app and mapping are very helpful, as when it's done its job, I see a map of where it did and did not cover (ie areas missed because I'd left something blocking the way). Price is very good compared to other robot vacs. Easy to set up.

Great features wish they worked as they should

Got a replacement for my older shark that bit the dust. Features on this are supposed to be better than my last yet the no go zones are not no goes at all as I have found it in each of the rooms it is not supposed to go to, and the battery life is trash. Only works for about an hour before it needs to recharge my last one would last days without needing recharged and could clean the whole house with battery to spare. Only positive over my old one is this one works some. They do help tremendously on hard floors to keep down dust but you have to make sure the floors are picked up each time you run it and that’s tough with kids and a full time job.

Not worth it

Worked great for a few days, now it constantly throws error messages and doesn’t complete a cleaning task.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do you maintain the filter?

  • A: For optimal suction power, after each use, clean the filter inside the robot's dust bin. Every time the dust cup is emptied, lightly tap dust and dirt off the filter, then use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove any remaining debris.
