Useless, only worked once.

Absolutely useless, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Only worked once after buying it. Went to use for a second time barely a month later and no water/solution will dispense or cycle. Waste of money, had to go out and buy a different brand, should have started with the competitor to begin with.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not just for rugs!

I bought this cleaner not knowing what I really needed. So once upon a time, we bought like cloth pleated window blinds. Great blinds but after over 20 years of use, they had accumulated alot of dirt on them. It turns the Stain Strike does a fair job of cleaning them up. Its not perfect but good enough will do!

good for quick cleanups

Cleans up very well (used with dirty boots on carpets). Bought because I don’t want to drag the big cleaner out for minor jobs. Only complaint I have is there is only one water source (your larger models keep water and soap separately) so if you want to rinse after, you will have to change the source tank out. It’s designed to be used for pet stains without rinsing. Will be using in spring for vehicle clean ups so that will be its true test.

Absolutely the best money I’ve ever spent ! We have 3 huskies and one had an accident that my robo vacuum “Rosie Big Bootay” found first and smeared it all over my rug that goes under the dining room table 🥺 thought for sure we’d be making a trip to the dump but nope, my SharkStikrr saved the day again and my favorite rug, Rosie, not much hope for her 💔 Thanks Shark for making a great product 🐾✨ being a husky and human mom is rough on carpets ! But wouldn’t trade them for the world
