Love love love!!! I have 2 dogs and a cat and this is ama big at picking up hair! I wash out the dust chamber all the time because it is so easy to do!! Nothing but great things to say about this! Fast charging, works ama ing, easy to haul around and it makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze!!

no match for dog hair

This vacuum is great for quick cleanup. But it is no match for my labrador retrievers hair. It leaves quite a bit behind. I bought this at Christmas on sale. I should have bought a corded stick vacuum for the extra power.

Not resilient to pet hair

We were trying to clear tangled hair from the power nozzle and gave up. We removed 15 screws and still couldn’t access the side of the roller. As said in the previous comment; Shark is a good brand but this product is not as pet friendly as we hoped.
