We upgraded from the v6 to v11 and the difference Is amazing. I have long hair and it suctions my hair up without getting stuck on the bristles and picks up so much dirt.

Upgrade from the V10...

Upgraded from the V10 as the run time had reduced significantly over the last few months. First impressions, a little heavier than the previous machine. Display is a nice touch, however looking like only 30ish minutes of run time on a medium setting. Should be enough to cover downstairs, then recharge for upstairs. Will see how it lasts battery-wise, as the V10 had served us well over the last few years...

Q: i bought a dyson v11 vacuum and it worked up to 60 minutes on a full charge.it now will run about 15 minutes.how can i get a new battery on warranty from dyson.this is the second dyson vacuum i have owned and i had good luck with the old one.
