Decently built, runs often

It's a nice piece of plastic. The piano black is prone to finger smudges and scratches but this isn't news, just not something I would choose for a high traffic item. You're supposed to drink plenty of water so why not a more cleanable, durable plastic? Anyways, it feels solid. I've had mine for 2 months and no major complaints besides it seems to have a small capacity cooling zone inside so the cooler runs quite regularly to maintain the cold side. Haven't used the hot side but I imagine it also has a similar, small sized reservoir. The pickup hose that goes to the bottom of the water jug is solid and I haven't had any issues getting the tube to the bottom of the half dozen bottles I've put in it so far. No signs of pump issues so I'll knock on wood it stays reliable for a few years, at least. If you have a hard time lifting the bottles, or have space constraints with shelving etc, I would recommend this if it fits your needs. I would always opt for a gravity fed unit over an electric pump, but sometimes you don't have the space.

great product

I brought this a fews ago. Set up was easy but it took awhile for the vinegar to disapate so that the water was drinkable. I suggest doing a couple of purges with hot water before installing your water bottle.

Works well and very quiet

I purchased this water cooler about three weeks ago and so far it’s been excellent. It is easier to load the 18.9 litre water jug (the larger one does fit) than the gravity style. It looks very stylish too. The cold water is definitely cold and the hot water is great. It is a little more expensive than the top loading style but much more stable when kids are using it. The light is a fantastic edition as easier to see the amount of water in the cups. It also easily holds the larger travel cups. Very convenient. Would recommend.

Really love this bottom load water dispenser. It matches our appliances and does it job well. Definitely recommend over a top load as even my wife can refill without issue

  • A: Ours comes off very easily. Push the tray up about 1" and it should come off. That is the way our drip tray comes off.
