Q: How long does the pump last?
2 years agoA: I had mine for 1 year and 6 days just over one year and yes the warranty is only for 1 year and it stop working.

Q: Is the water really cold when it comes out, I like very cold water, so will i have to add ice.
2 years agoA: The water temp out of the box is nice and cold, but you can adjust the temp further on the back of the cooler. We find no ice is needed.

Q: MASTER Chef Bottom Load Water Cooler/Dispenser, 3 Temperatures, Black/Stainless Steel. I can't seem to take off the drip tray. I did not think it would be that hard lol. Any suggestions
2 years agoA: Ours comes off very easily. Push the tray up about 1" and it should come off. That is the way our drip tray comes off.
