Exceeded my expectations. I think this is the best vacuum that I've ever owned. I told my daughter, I'm pretty sure this vacuum lifted dirt from when we moved in, 2024. It's cost effective and attractive to see in my closet next to my Bissell floor mop. The rotating effect is neat.

Q: I just used this for the first time on a very low pile rug, and I could not for the life of me pull it back towards me. Is something causing this? The rubber underneath maybe?

A: Unfortunately, I can't explain why that would happen but I can tell you that I have used mine on low pile and regular pile carpet and recenently a new and very deep pile area rug and I have not experienced any issues pulling or pushing mine. In fact I'm very pleased with mine.
