Q: How is it on hardwood floors? My old vacuum scratches to hardwood

3 years agoA: It does do shag carpets so long as the carpet fibres are not in bad shape - it’s such a good vacuum that it will suck the bad fibre away.

Q: I just used this for the first time on a very low pile rug, and I could not for the life of me pull it back towards me. Is something causing this? The rubber underneath maybe?
4 years agoA: Unfortunately, I can't explain why that would happen but I can tell you that I have used mine on low pile and regular pile carpet and recenently a new and very deep pile area rug and I have not experienced any issues pulling or pushing mine. In fact I'm very pleased with mine.

11 years agoA: It's a 9 AMPs. It's very strange that nowhere in the box or the manual the amp is mentioned. It's written under the vacuum's head.
