There is nothing good about this machine, save your money buy something else. We are on our third machine thinking maybe we just got a dud. Every machine does not produce ice efficiently as they say, frequently makes horrible loud noises. The small nugget ice melts very quickly compared to the old Paderno ice machine. Customer service is exceptional with this company however they created a piece of **** ice machine that doesn't work.

No, I do not recommend this product.
