Our 2nd Smart Oven Pro

We've owned two, the fan on the first one began to make noises so we gave it away, it still worked fine, just noisy after 5+ years of use. New one is great, but I've noticed when you close the door with the grate in the upper position, the door is sticky to close and I see why, the door impinges on the grate (magnet) and slides the grate up a bit causing it to "stick". Hopefully as the metal wears a bit closing the door will be much smoother. This seems like a QA/QC issues and should have been identified and resolved at the factory.

Perfect counter top oven

This is my second Breville smart oven. I loved it so well I purchased another upgraded model. It makes perfect toast and bagel every time and has a wide range of settings to adjust to different tastes and products. The oven small is large but overall the oven does not take up too much counter space. I also love the oven light and the lighted easy to use control panel. Excellent product!

a ne pas acheter sauf si vous aimez passer votre temps a le nettoyer TRES SALISSANT Le probleme majeur c'est que ce four n'a pas de systeme devacuation de la fumee donc la fumee se retrouve dans votre piece et ca vous prend un detecteur de fumee car c'est incroyable a quel point ca envahi la cuisine meme avec un ventilateur pour evacuer la fumee a lexterieur. Extremement decu !!!

Q: If it stops working, what do I have to do to get it fixed? I'm tired of buying appliances only to have them quit a few years later. Repairs cost more than a new one. So how long does CanTire guarantee this oven to work and what do I do to access NO COST service when it quits?
