Simplifies my mornings

I love the flexibility of making a single cup of coffee or a whole carafe. I can set the volume I need and walk away to do other things. Only downside I've run in to is my favourite travel mug is slightly too tall for the machine, so I make my coffee in the carafe and pour it into the cup. I haven't used the K-cup feature yet, but it's nice knowing it is an option if I wanted.

Disappointed

Lots of great features but lots of issues. Constant cleaning messages and I only use filtered water. The K-cup brewing cycles rarely yields an accurate measurement to your ounces selection. Leaks from the bottom and need to clean countertop daily.

Doesn’t keep coffee hot

I do love this system. My only complaint……the coffee does not stay hot for long at all!

Good until an error code comes

At first I was very happy with the product but I am now getting an error code (SE OP - withe the top of the E off). I can't find the code anywhere so I don't know how to fix it. It may not have been a good idea to buy a refurbished product.

A: Yes. 2 Big scoops in the drip basket. Choose specialty mode and it will make a 4oz shot of esspresso. Or you can use espresso Kcups.
