I would give a zero if possible

Constantly getting error code 2, even after resetting the maker and cleaning out the jets, and removing air bubbles in the reservoir. I have read all the blogs and reviews and will not be buying this machine or another Keurig again.I have wasted so much coffee over the last couple years, I guess I should have returned it a long time ago.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Work is I. Finding right blend but machine is very easy to operate and only concern is what happens when the wifi won’t work.

I bought this Keurig supreme plus Smart coffee maker yesterday this thing is awesome you’re connected to Wi-Fi and you can remotely start your coffee as long as you put the pod and enough water in you can start the machine by setting a time or just pushing the start button on it it has strength settings it has temperature settings and has as many cups size settings as you would want it even has over ice it has everything this thing is incredible I highly recommend it

Q: my regular K-cup pods don't fit properly, and therefore does not brew properly. The coffee tastes very watered down. Is there a special sized pod for the Keurig?

  • A: All regular disposable K cup pods work great in the machine.  If you are referring to the reusable k cup pod then you will need to get the “My K-Cup” universal reusable coffee filter which has 5 holes in the top unlike the original which only had 1.

Q: how do you insert the charcoal filter in the water reservoir?

  • A: In the container where the water goes there is a long clear piece that does go inside it. When you look at this piece at the bottom it has a oval round like cage at the bottom and the bottom if flat. If you look just above the flat bottom on either side you see two tabs that if you press on both at the same time the bottom will come down. You can then insert the filter and then insert this bottom part back onto the long piece. Then just put the long piece back onto the black piece at the bottom of the water container & fill with water.

Q: Can I use the compostable k-cups in this machine? The type with just a filter hanging off the ring, no plastic cup!

Q: If I use my phone to brew a coffee. But forgot to place a cup. Will it continue to brew and make a complete mess? Or is there sensor to detect a mug?

  • A: No. You must ensure you place a coffee mug of sufficient size on the drip tray before using the Remote Brew or Scheduled Brew feature. The drip tray can hold up to 8 ounces of overflow.
