First off this review is not part of a promotion. Do we even trust those? Anyway, great for the bedroom and living room. Both rooms aren't expansive so this tower heater does the trick. No it will not replace your furnace it is a area heater. Defective products don't warrant a low review. I've had this for two years and still heats up a 200 sq ft room from 14 C to 21C in about 20 min. The auto setting is great and is effective. The remote is key and is very straight forward. Oscillation, 8h timer, 700w and 1500w setting...what more do you need?
Lasko makes good ones.

Very quiet, as I have it in a bedroom. I like that I can set a temperature and leave it. The room is 20 x 10 and it heats it up quickly.

Good heater with great features, but didn't last

Mine broke after only 4 months, but it has 3 years warranty. Customer service was easy to reach, helpful and didn't make me go through more than basic troubleshooting before deciding to send me a replacement.
When it was working it output a good amount of heat, which I used for a finished basement. I appreciate the oscillating feature which helps when heating more than one area.

A: I do not know, but just use it in the living room to take the chill off when needed as we don't have open concept living area and night time seems cooler compared to the kitchen.

A: Yes, the fan will turn off and then turn back on once the temperature drops. It also has the option to stay on as well.
