Big improvement vs. regular pod machines

It's so easy and quick to use whole bean or ground coffee. There is a slight 'whining' sound when the machine is not running which gets louder when it is, but not enough to detract from the machine itself. It looks nice on the counter, too.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this machine two years back. Excellent machine for the quick cup of coffee. However, lately the grounded coffee is spilling out when the grinding process is ongoing, wasting some of the grounded coffee. Noticed a gap between the Barista filter and the Burr Mill assembly, and under a closer look the Burr doesn't seems to be designed to fit the filter. Any solution?

Great Features but Poor Quality

I really liked the features, grinder for beans, plus the option to brew with either ground coffee or kcups. But the machine leaked 3 times in less than 2 days, even though it was assembled perfectly. I found multiple reviews where the reviewers complained about the same issue so instead of exchanging for a new one I simply returned.

Two broke-- same problem--- leaks around kcup area-- clear water--- cant find serial number-- to much of a hastle to try and contact company
