Doesn't work

I’m very disappointed with this Ninja product. I just bought it today, and it doesn’t work at all. It keeps showing the “ADD WATER” error even though the water tank is completely full and properly in place. I’ve tried turning it off and on multiple times, but nothing works. I want to return this machine. I expected much better from Ninja, especially since I already have their blender and air fryer, which work perfectly. Unfortunately, this coffee machine didn’t work at all, and I’m very upset.

I have had the machine for a few days now and come to the conclusion if you know how to read this machine is idiot proof. it will recommend how much to grind, if you forgot the filter. super easy to use
