Brings back to fun

Do you avoid making scalloped potatoes, cucumber salad, hash browns and latkes, because who on Earth can be bothered with all that slicing and grating? You want this machine! It will open up so many possibilities, no grated knuckles required. Also, coleslaw! I even made a batch of pumpkin seed butter, sooo yummy. Cleans up easy. It has been so fun to make those dishes I always avoided. Next up, pie crust. Good kitchen adventures with this gadget.

Great unit and a good buy! I had previously used another brand but each one broke after a few years of use so I thought I'd try a different brand and I'm glad I did. This made a great nut butter in just a few minutes and I didn't have to constantly start and stop like with my old food processors. It's also lightweight, doesn't overheat and the included spatula is a good idea. I use this almost every day and it works well for ice cream and coleslaw as well.
Yes, I recommend this product.
