inexpensive way to serve my purpose

Wanted to check relative temperature in each room of house. Didn't need much more expensive, decor matching thermometer - Just one that shows the temperature and matches furnace thermostat in same location. This did the trick.

Bought three. Put one on ever floor. Allows me to regulate furnace ducts for optimum comfort. Was around 20 on the rack. 4 were no where near correct.

A: Hello, I do not know what product model you have purchased. without any background information the current answer I can give you is that the thermometer is placed inside your home, and the indoor temperature is stable, which is a normal occurrence. You can also try placing the unit in a different location, like the basement and see if their temperature reading changes.

A: This unit has a magnet at the back of the thermometer. You can place it on a fridge or any other place where there is metal. It also has a stand. Therefore, you can put it on your desk or a counter.
