Tried on lawn tractor, kept peeling off

Kept getting air bubbles, and rolling up, not staying stuck. when applied, rolled backing and applied to seat, fingers did not touch adhesive. will look at plastic sign, just a bit more and bigger cleaned seat back surface before applying
