The worst CT product

Wow! I am speechless. I have had zero issues with the overwhelming majority of my Canadian Tire purchases. But these earbuds are something else. Normally I tend to ignore bad reviews as very few products are as bad as these earbuds. Bought them on sale for $50 and they are the worst ever. My first pair had a buzzing interference noise in one earbud and it also did not hold charge more than 1.5 hours without ANC. No problem, I get it, manufacturing defect. I reached out to the support and they gladly sent me a replacement (after I returned the bad ones). The second pair, no longer makes any buzzing sound but now the other earbud dies within 15 minutes of a full charge. Ok this is getting annoying. Hoping it was another dud I sent them in for a replacement. Mind you all of this takes about 3-4 weeks. First, they need to receive the broken ones and then (after some prodding) they send you a replacement pair. I just tried the third pair they sent me. Same problem now the opposite side dies within 15 minutes of being fully charged.... This is some dollar store quality and they want $95 when not on sale??? This is a robbery!!! Not worth $50 or even $20. With that many bad pairs it makes you wonder how they are manufactured? And yes, I removed the blue stickers from the contacts and, yes, I followed the instructions with regards the flashing lights to ensure the case and the buds are fully charged. They can die and you would leave them charging in the case overnight and it would still not work more than 20 minutes. I have purchased other Bluehive branded products at CT and they worked great, however this model should be replaced with something much more reliable. I will not be requesting another pair and instead will be returning them to the store for a full refund.

Not sure why everyone is giving a one star rating. I got these on sale for $20 and I have had them for 2 years. They are my absolute favourite ear buds. I legit never have to charge them. They last so long. They also fit so well in my ears and I love the noise cancelling!!! Def want another pair.. Hope they go on sale again!!

Terrible earbuds

Got these as a Christmas present. After a full charge, one bud gave 'low battery' message after 5 minutes, even after multiple tries at charging. Got a replacement set and charge on both buds lasted max 1 hour. Save your money and get a decent set somewhere else.

Sound quality is good. The right one gets fully charged and works for hours. The left one starts saying battery low even after charging for whole night. Won’t recommend.
