Bought on sale a couple days ago. Couldn’t get it to prime out of the box for the life of me. A lot of time and grease wasted. Took the advice from someone else’s review and changed the plunger with one from princess auto and now it works as it should. I own a a ton of 20v pwr pod batteries and this the only reason why I’m keeping it. If I had other batteries, I’d go with another brand 100%.

Poor Plunger Design

Plunger design is terrible and was impossible to prime. Swapped plunger from another grease gun i had laying around and have never had an issue since. At retail price point was not worth the hassle of having to swap parts to make it work. Redesign the plunger and would be a great grease gun.

A: After function test, there might be a little grease left inside the tube. we will try best to drain all grease out.

A: The grease is extruded out by the rod and plunger, it do need some strength to prime. If it easy to prime, the grease can't drain out from the cartridge.
