Cumberland Float Tube and my big bod

I weigh in at 284 pounds on a good day and the Cumberland handles that with no problems. I have owned one now for 13 months and have been out fishing in it about 20 times. It is my first float tube so I can't compare with others - But I see why it gets top ratings every years. Plenty of storage space and convenient ties, velcro, and D rings to use. I added a Scott rod holder for my etra fly rod and life is good. Pockets are huge and handle enough for all my needs. Only challenge with it is getting the apron into its holders once I am sitting in the tube. I have to really pry apart to get the PVC into the holder. Another point on the ends of each tube - Some of the stitching is pulled - but not getting any worse - Even if I put a lot of air into the tube they are holding - a workmanship issue. I recommend it - use it and catch some fish! 4.5 stars.
