Q: With a 2013 BMW X3, do I need to turn on the engine for the inverter to run? Also, will this Inverter drain my car's battery if it can operate while the engine is turned off? Thank you.

A: If you plug it into your accessories, the ignition must be turned on to provide power. Of course this will drain your car battery if the engine is not on, it does not create power out of thin air.

A: Yes it can. I have. 2016 Acura RDX used it to charge iPad, iPhone, Bluetooth speaker and used my pump for my air mattress as well.

A: Yes it comes with one ' glass tube fuse inside unit and onne inside a packagepackage. I've owned this inverter for a couple years and will say it's never failed me although charge up a laptop will take awhile and as for using drained laptop while busing inverter? Fuggetabout it but will be able to watch a small tv. I using now and watching a movie from hard drive on my 9" naxa tv without baby trouble Yes i recommend this product
