PDF not a life jacket

You will get a ticket if your child is wearing this on a boat. The ticket is almost 300 dollars also. Reason being. It's a pdf. Meaning it works when awake. If knocked out there's nothing holding their heads above water. Sucks getting a ticket when they're wearing a jacket. Lesson learned
