Be aware that the carry-on in this set is NOT 20". When the wheels and handles are included it is actually 22.5" , which is too big to use as a carry on. Fortunately we measured this case before heading to the airport. Returned the set, but now only have a week to find a replacement.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: The hand carry dimensions are mentioned as 20 inches, but it's actually 23 inches including handle and wheels. Is somebody actually tried the hand carry in aur canada, flair air, or westjet? All of them have 21.5 inch for hand carry.

A: Thanks for the measurements Jennifer. At 23 inch high the carry on is too tall for Air Canada Carry on which is 21.5 inches tall including wheels and the strap.

A: The zipper on the big suitcase ripped on our first trip. I returned them as soon as we got back. I believe you have a year to return them. My recommendation would be to return them and get something else.
