Après un moment, 2 ans env. quand on fait des k-cup l'eau coule partout. Et aussi l'eau pas tout a fait assez chaude et la machine bruyante. Mais sinon, les espresso et la carafe fonctionne bien.

I love my coffee

Makes excellent coffee & functions well on all settings. Sadly, setting the 'pod' holder is a little finicky, but once set, works well. The thermal carafe works well but could be better...does not hold the heat for a significant period of time.

Ridiculously noisy!

I didn’t get past the initial set up. Ran a pot of clear water and the noise was so bad I packed it up and returned it. Thankfully I took a video and showed customer service. They agreed and returned without issue. It was the last one, so I received a full refund. It was so loud it was vibrating everything and would have woken up everyone in the house had it been the morning. So disappointed as I was excited by the features.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Oster All-in-One Coffee Maker

We've had this coffee maker for several months now, and we really like it. We were able to retire our Keurig and espresso machines, which freed up lots of counter space. It performs all of its functions exactly as advertised, and is one of the best purchases we have made this year. Good coffee, simple to operate and 100% reliable.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have, and we'd like to assist you in performing a troubleshooting procedure. Please try the troubleshooting steps below: We advise you to try resetting your coffeemaker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes. - Plug the unit into a different wall outlet to ensure that the unit is receiving enough power. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips, or power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. - Insert the filter basket correctly. - Place the decanter correctly. - Add the desired amount of coffee. - Also, try cleaning the coffee maker with a vinegar solution if it hasn't been cleaned recently. Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you with a warranty verification.
