Horrible toaster

What a horrible toaster. We used it for over a month trying to convince ourselves to like it but ended up switching back to an old toaster. Most of the time this one even on the highest setting, you had to put your toast back down again because it wasn't toasted. Other times the bread would come out rock hard and burnt to a crisp on a medium setting. I do not recommend wasting your money on this toaster.
