The OEMTOOLS ball joint adaptor set makes it easy to replace the lower ball joints on many 4WD vehicles with Dana 44 axles dating back to 1967. The adaptors work with the company's ball joint press (sold separately) to remove and install lower ball joints without replacing the entire spindle assembly. Made from rust-resistant chrome vanadium steel for longevity, the adaptors come in a sturdy plastic carrying case for convenience. As part of Canadian Tire's Loan-A-Tool program, the set offers an affordable solution for 4WD owners needing to replace worn lower ball joints.

Needed for F150 Upper Ball Joint

4 years ago

Changed upper Ball Joint on the F150 without removing the control arm. Needed the additional 4x4 kit and had to figure out the correct combination. Manufacturer says must replace the entire control arm but not the case. This does work!
