The full-color 7" touchscreen display tilts for ideal viewing, while the expert trainers automatically adjust resistance. The rowing machine allows you to access on-demand workouts, global routes, and studio classes through your included 30-day iFIT membership. The ergonomic molded seat on this machine slides smoothly on the aluminum rail that let you sit comfortably on longer rowing sessions.
