Customer Service needs to review return policy and ease up on Customer's

I bought these lights and don't know if I liked them. I did not open. Bought the wrong ones. Had a hard time returning. Customer Service associate gave me a credit even though it was within time limit. Did not push it further because life is short and not arguing with a teenager. I buy other item often and will use store credit.
