the projector is amazing and cool motion if it works. the biggest issue is the fine print says don't stick it on a outdoor plug but instead put it in a proper receiver attached to your house but its not possible because the cord they give you is like 2 ft. however returning this item has 3 year warranty. so you can plug it into a waterproof cord but eventually water gets in the plug and gets wreck. I may try and build a proper water proof box and see if that will prevent water and moisture getting in. just love products that says waterproof and sealed and yet still fails

This product comes with limitations that should be noted in bold print ON the box. For instance: Should be used in such a way as to not send laser skyward within 18km of airports, (window reflection / auto mirror?) Must be reprogrammed if current supply is interrupted (ie: by switch or timer). Controller is not weatherproof- must be housed in weatherproof cover. You only find this in the multi-page manual in the box. This product could also cause vision problems to children not versed in looking at laser light and eye damage if shone toward the front of a dwelling.

A: Yes, we have ours start at 6:00 pm and shuts off at 5:00 am. This is our second one our first was 9ish? When it stopped working, but we ran it 24/7 changing the settings for spring summer, fall and winter

Q: Does this model "remember" the last setting it was on when unplugged? I have all my outdoor lights controlled with smart switches, so I would like to be able to just cut/restore power and have it come back on how I had set it previously.

A: It really depends on how wide your house is. I am about 30’ frontage, and i have mine placed about 15-20’ away to cover everything.

Q: My projector will not respond to the remote. I’m just getting a red flashing light. I tried unplugging to possibly reset it but that didn’t do anything. I am thinking there is a problem with the transformer/adapter- can only the transformer be replaced
