Looks nice, but stopped working

I purchased April 25 2025 it was working fine until a few weeks ago… at first it was filling the bucket ever few days….recently, i went to empty reservoir as it had been on and running with what sounded like normal, and there was no water in reservoir . It was bone dry. So the unit runs but doesn't collect water… ill be looking for something else if Noma Doesn't make this right.. i work hard for my money and my last dehumidifier lasted over 10 years.. pretty Disappointing
No, I do not recommend this product.

Does the Job efficiently

I was concerned as my window ledges were building up mould from an abundance of moisture on the windows. This dehumidifier has lessened the problem considerably. It’s a bit on the noisy side when starting up but it’s a white noise I’ve become accustomed to now. I’m happy with this product.

A: Incredibly noisy. The plastic housing rattles / vibrates when running. You can hear it plain as day two stories up when it is running in the basement.
