Turns off by itself!

I bought this collar and it turns off by itself when my dog runs or jumps. So disappointing - waste of money!

Wont stay on when dog shakes head

Every time dog shakes head, the D-ring hits on battery box and light turns off. Otherwise i like it, but even smallest snap on the battery box turns it off.

Awesome Product but don't last long enough

Usually get about 2 for my dog for Christmas every year, and they both only maybe last 6 months to a year before the battery starts to die on them. Tried replacing the battery's, but doesn't seem to give off the same brightness as before when I bought them brand new. Otherwise these collars are amazing, great for walking and running off leash. I can't wait to order a few more of these collars!
