i hooked it up nothing does not work right out of the box, tried following you tube videos on how to download programs, still no TV, called support all they could tell me was to hook it up and turn it on, that was it, cant seem to get help anywhere.

I bought it just a few weeks ago but it is working well with no problems. I just loaded the apps and that's it.I really love my box. I am looking forward to buy one more.

Downloaded kodi and was able to get all movie channels through exodus, could use more memory though

This product worked great, right out of the box! Love the remote with the keyboard. Only problem is that the remote doesn't work very smoothly with Netflix, but will work well with a wireless mouse.
