I love this hand mixer. Lots of power. The case is really nice and I like that the cord retracts, nice to keep it out of the way and for storage. I want another and I am trying to get one for my sister

Beaters keep falling out

I am very unhappy with this mixer. The beaters will not stay attached. Also the lowest speed setting does not work, goes to same as second speed.

While mixing cake batter, if you lift the mixer up, the beaters will pull out of the mixer body.

not worth the money

The mixer in low setting is way to high. Mixes too fast in low setting. The retractable cord was great the first few times, now every time I use the mixer the vibrations from the "low" setting causes the cord to retract on it's own. Do not buy this mixer. Not recommended. Hoping to take it back, but it is 2 years old now.

Beaters rust

Worked for a while but the low speed is too fast and my beaters have rusted - which any decent beaters shouldn’t as they are for food products!!!
